How can I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password and you need to reset it, please follow these steps:
Attempt logging in
If you have attempted to log in with your email and password and you were unsuccessful, a gold box will appear after your second attempt.
The Legacy Login option will allow you to log in with your old User ID instead of an email address. Select Legacy Login to attempt a reset your password with your User ID/username.
If you know your email on file, select Password Reset to continue.
