How do I return print products?

To return print products:

1. Contact Customer Care to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, and send the return to the Fulfillment Center shipping address below.

2. Ship your return using a traceable shipping method.

3. Clearly mark the RA Number and Order Number on the outside of the box.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. Please note, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear. Use the tracking number provided by your carrier to track your return.
