How can I reassign a course key?
If a student has not started a course, it can be unassigned and returned to your pool of course keys. By following the steps below:
Log in
Log in to ServSafe.com.
Dashboard
Select Go to Dashboard.
Admin
Select the Admin icon, then choose Course Management.
Course Management
Select COURSE MANAGEMENT below.
Course Activities
Choose the course to which you assigned the course key.
Management Options
Select the Track Students icon under Management Options.
Trash Can
If the student has not started the course, a red trash can icon will be visible. By selecting this icon, this will remove the course from the student, allowing it to be reassigned to your course key pool.
Unassign Course Key
Select OK if you want to continue unassigning the course key.
Assign Course
You may now assign the course key to a new individual.
